Save Your Home with Home Protection Group

I have been looking for over a year for a program to help homeowners who want to save their homes from foreclosure, want to lower their interest rates and payments but can’t qualify for a refinance, who need help to save their homes. What is a loan modification?

When you or a representative work with a lender to get a “loan modification”, you are at the mercy of the lender. You need a hardship letter. Rarely will your modification result in a lowered principal balance. Every time you phone the lender, you talk with someone different, who often gives you a different story.. How is the Home Retention Program Different?

2. They conduct a free Forensic Loan Audit to determine if there were any Federal or State violations or errors in the original loan documents.

If the lender cannot produce the note, and/or violations are found, then HPG negotiates with the lender, and may or may not file a law suit. Lenders do not want to be involved in law suits, and in most cases are willing to renegotiate the loan.
